Our Strategy
Facilitating strong, sustainable out of hospital care by working collaboratively with our PCNs and the wider network of Surrey GP Federations.
GP Federations provide GP services at scale, where it is more efficient or effective than providing the same service within individual practices and also provide innovative new services to enhance patient care across the system.
NICS deliver services through local practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and support this work by an infrastructure covering governance, finance and HR. As a not-for-profit entity NICS is committed to reinvesting surplus funds back into primary care delivery.

We work together to provide reliable, compassionate health services for our patients. Patients come first in our services. Where possible we involve patients, staff, families, carers, communities and professionals inside and outside the NHS. We speak up when things go wrong.

We insist on quality and strive to get the basics of quality of care – safety, effectiveness and patient experience – right every time. We encourage and welcome feedback from patients, families, carers, staff and the public and use this to inform the care we provide and to build on our successes.
